Hi, we’re so glad you’re here.
Welcome to EMBODY. Here, we are passionate about re-centering you in your journey while providing trauma informed and evidenced based care. Together we will create a safe, empowering, and healing space for you.
Trauma informed and evidenced based Care
Our work together will always be focused on cultivating safety and connection. Trauma informed care means that we recognize the impact of systemic and individual trauma on your body, mind, and soul. We will take special care to avoid re-traumatization and develop healing & growth. This applies to both therapy and birth work, at home and in the hospital or birth center. We will always utilize the latest evidence based treatment both in therapy and birth work. We are continuously attending trainings and consulting with other experts in the fields to update current offerings and knowledge base.
